The DDRB is partnered with the Department of Mental Health to meet the needs of individuals, develop funds through targeted case-management, enhance service coordination, and to provide quality services to individuals and families in Jefferson County.

Once determined eligible for services after initial intake, a service coordinator is assigned to provide information, resources, and assistance for individuals and families.

The DDRB provides case management to individuals with developmental disabilities who are 17 years of age or older residing in St. Charles County. This is a result of a partnership between Department of Mental Health and DDRB.

Targeted Case Management is an ongoing service that provides support to individuals who have developmental disabilities living in St. Louis City. Individuals who are registered with the St. Louis Regional Office can choose to receive Targeted Case Management from either St. Louis Regional Office or DD Resources.
